Scrambled fish & potato fritters (a Portuguese dish Bacalhau à Braz modified by a Chinese)
It's a bit too coriandery~
A quick noodle dish topped with prawns, tamagoyaki (fried scrambled egg)
and nattou (well, fermented soy bean)

Downstairs: Chinese preserved sausage and spinach in rice.
